2.0-mile project from Arkansas Loop 245 (US Hwy 71) to Arkansas SH 37. This project involved route selection, Right of Way acquisition and the preparation of plans, specifications and estimates for the City of Texarkana, Arkansas. A new concrete urban arterial road over a lime stabilized subgrade was constructed. MTG was also responsible for right-of-way and design surveys, preliminary schematic design and environmental analysis of proposed improvements.

Due to full development of existing commercial properties, the City needed roads to provide access to over 1,000 acres for future growth. All roads were designed to accommodate truck traffic.
